The Hotel was originally a paper-mill, owned by the Camera d'Afflitto family. It has now been converted into a Hotel and is personally managed by the family. Today, the natural waterfall, that once powered the mill-wheels, flows down the hill on one side of the Hotel.
The hotel offers to its customers a wonderful private access path to reach the sea and a private bathing area with deckchairs and beach umbrellas; there's also a small bar for drinks and snacks.
The hotel is equipped with a private sea-bathing and hydromassage swimming-pool.
At Marmorata, you can be rocked by the waves of the sea, reachable through a private access path; the sea has wonderful colours, deep blue and bright emerald; here Homerus placed the home of the mythical sirens.
The swimming pool and the private access path can be used only by the customers of the hotel. A deckchair, a sunbed and a beach umbrella are given for each double room and a sunbed and a beach umbrella for each single room. There's also a small bar for drinks or snacks.
Restaurant "The old paper-mill"
The restaurant is mainly a motive of honour for the hotel, based of its regional specialities and a particular attention to the ancient tastes.
Restaurant "The terraces"
When the weather is fine, dinner and lunch can be served on the terrace by candlelight, to enjoy the sea breeze. Terraces are always at the customers' disposal to spend delightful afternoons, immersed in the reading with the sound od the waves, when they break against the rocks
