Amalfi - High above the cliffside gardens where lemon trees sway in the sea breeze and the Mediterranean hums its eternal lullaby, a new story begins - one made of fire, salt, and vision. Hotel Santa Caterina, a timeless sanctuary along Italy’s Amalfi Coast, opens the doors to its newest creation: "Senzafine", a rooftop restaurant and lounge that is less a place, and more a feeling.

Born from the innovative heart of Santa Caterina Lab, the hotel's in-house atelier of ideas that senses and shapes the future of luxury hospitality, Senzafine is an ode to the infinite-of taste, of beauty, of experience. The name itself, Italian for "endless," evokes the emotion one feels standing at the edge of sky and sea, where the soul stretches just a little further.

Up here, where Amalfi’s rooftops give way to stars, Senzafine offers more than just a meal - it offers a moment suspended between tradition and imagination. Designed with intimate elegance, the space honors the essence of the coast: light, curves, stone, and the ever-present sea. The Tyrrhenian unfolds below, a velvet canvas for sunset aperitifs and moonlit dinners. Each table, a front-row seat to the sublime.

At the helm is a team of culinary artisans who have composed a menu like a symphony - anchored in the bold simplicity of Mediterranean roots, yet layered with global notes that surprise and delight. Think glazed Kagoshima Wagyu pizzaiolo-style, or smoked eel yakitori kissed by rosemary and Amalfi potatoes. Imagine Otoro tuna with shiso and Roman escarole.
