Salvatore Calabrese, known internationally as The Maestro, is one of the most respected names in the world of bartending and mixology. Born on the Amalfi Coast, in Maiori, he left Italy to make his mark in London, eventually becoming a global icon in luxury hospitality, famed for his elegance and groundbreaking cocktail creations.
On the other hand, Carlo De Riso never left his land, he rooted himself in it. From the terraces of the Amalfi Coast, he cultivated not only lemons, but a dream: that of elevating the Limone Costa d'Amalfi IGP to a global symbol of quality and authenticity. Through tireless work and passion, he brought the fruit of his land to the finest tables in Italy and abroad.
